Purpose of the Fast


(1). To bring solution to stubborn problems in our lives

(2). For progress and Fruitfulness in all areas

(3). For direction and guidance in life

(4). For Health and Healing

Fasting Plan

(1) Eat Daniel meals throughout the 21 days of the fast. (See Daniel fast – food guideline)

(2) Pray without ceasing throughout the 21 days.

(3) Pray in the spirit often throughout the fasting.

(4) Make sure you witness to somebody at least once a week during this period.

Prayer plan from now till fasting starts

(1). Pray against spirit of distraction during the fasting.

(2). Pray that as you wait upon The Lord your strength and health shall be renewed.

(3). Pray for anointing to finish every good thing that you start.
